Upon completing your registration, you will receive a link to book flights. Please book you and your guest's flights through this link. Flights booked on your own will not be reimbursed. 

If you wish to extend your stay, please wait to book your flights until the Toyota Events Team has confirmed room availability with the hotel for your additional date(s).

To make the most of your Pacific Northwest adventure, winners will rent a car at the airport and drive to the resort. Think of it as the official kickoff to the trip — scenic mountain roads, fresh air, and maybe even a Sasquatch sighting along the way.

Please book your car through your favorite rental car provider. Once your registration is complete, we will send you a gift card for $600 to cover your expense. 

• Light, breathable layers: Summer days are warm and perfect for playing outside, while evenings cool down just enough for a cozy sweatshirt or light jacket. T-shirts, shorts, and easy dresses are appropriate for daytime adventures.
• Swimwear: Don’t forget swimsuits for pool time, splashing around, and any water fun along the way.
• Casual evening wear: Evenings are relaxed but a little dressed up. Think simple and comfortable, like polos or button-downs, easy dresses, or casual resort wear.
• Activewear: Comfortable clothing and shoes are perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or exploring the resort. Be sure to bring any specific gear or footwear needed for activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.

In July, you can expect warm, sunny days with temperatures in the upper 70s to mid 80s and cooler mornings and evenings in the 50s and 60s. For updated weather, please click here.

Toyota Denver will cover the cost of one adult guest and up to two children age of 18 or younger to attend TCUV Family Getaway. If you wish to register another child, please reach out to the Toyota Events Team so that we can work to accommodate your family. 

• Commercial round trip flights (economy) for you, one adult guest, and two children 18 years of age or younger.
• A rental car will be arranged for you to travel to and from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). ​​​​​​​ 
• Room and tax at Suncadia Resort over the event dates.
• Group meals on Tuesday, July 14 and Thursday, July 16.
• Gratuities to restaurant staff, drivers, and tour guides during group activities.
• A room credit will be provided by Toyota Denver.

• Car service to and from your home airport
• Travel incidentals (meals, airport parking, mileage)
• Onsite hotel incidental expenses (additional activities, meals, etc.)

• Self parking at Suncadia is complimentary, valet parking will not be covered by Toyota Denver.

• Room and tax outside of the program dates, should you choose to extend your trip.

As part of your stay, you will receive a room credit which can be used for a variety of experiences. Incidentals that exceed the room credit will be the responsibility of the winner.

Whether you’re plugged in or not, premium wi-fi is complimentary to all Suncadia guests.

You will be in Pacific Daylight Time Zone (PDT), one hour behind Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
