Toyota Denver will provide round-trip economy flights for you, your adult guest, and up to two children (18 and under). If you wish to upgrade at your own expense, you may select your preferred flights and leave a note in the “Additional Notes to Travel Advisor” section. A travel representative will then reach out to you directly.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive a link to book flights. Please book you and your guest's flights through this link. Flights booked on your own will not be reimbursed. 

If you wish to extend your stay, please wait to book your flights until the Toyota Events Team has confirmed room availability with the hotel for your additional date(s).

To make the most of your Pacific Northwest adventure, winners will rent a car at the airport and drive to the resort. Think of it as the official kickoff to the trip — scenic mountain roads, fresh air, and maybe even a Sasquatch sighting along the way.
Please book your car through your favorite rental car provider. Once your registration is complete, we will send you a gift card for $600 to cover your expense.
