Your outstanding performance has earned you a well-deserved escape to the beautiful Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, Washington. Surrounded by the Cascade Mountains, this family getaway is your chance to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.
We've planned a mix of memorable experiences, outdoor adventures, and time to simply enjoy the resort at your own pace. Whether you're joining us for hosted activities, exploring the trails, splashing in the pool, or taking in the mountain views, this getaway is yours to enjoy.
TRANSPORTATION
To make the most of your Pacific Northwest adventure, you should have rented a car at the SEA airport. Think of it as the official kickoff to the trip — scenic mountain roads, fresh air, and maybe even a Sasquatch sighting along the way.
To help cover your rental car expense, you have received a $600 gift card in the gift box shipped to the address provided during registration.
Upon landing at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA), please look for Toyota Denver Region’s Tiffany Bell holding a Toyota sign near baggage claim. Tiffany will greet you and direct you to your rental car company's pickup location. From there, enjoy the scenic two-hour drive to Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, Washington.

A reservation has been made in your name at Suncadia Resort for the program event dates, unless otherwise requested.
Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the TCUV Family Getaway Hospitality Suite located at the Sentinel Boardroom. Here you will pick up your Welcome Packet, Name Badges and receive an overview of the program agenda, individually selected activities, group dinners, and more.
Please note that check-in for the hotel is at 4:00 PM. We will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival at the hotel. Should you need a late check-out time, please let the team in the Hospitality Suite know and they can help to accommodate this request.

River Float
Get ready to trade in dry land for a little river adventure. We’ll take care of getting you there with a quick shuttle ride from Suncadia, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the journey. Once you arrive, hop in and let the river guide you through scenic stretches of the Cle Elum River, with gentle rapids and calm moments to take it all in. Whether you’re paddling with the crew or just enjoying the ride, it’s an easygoing adventure for all ages and a perfect way to add a little extra fun to your Suncadia stay.

UTV Tour
Get ready for an off road adventure through the scenic backcountry surrounding Suncadia. Perfect for beginners and intermediate riders, these guided UTV tours wind through pine forests and up to breathtaking views of snowcapped Mt. Stewart. Helmets, goggles, and gloves are provided, and experienced guides lead the tour at a comfortable pace with full assistance along the way.

Golf
Set within a stunning pine and fir forest, Prospector Golf Course at Suncadia offers 18 holes of scenic mountain golf with beautiful lakes, rolling fairways, and breathtaking views along the way. Designed by the Palmer Course Design Company, this par 72 championship course provides an enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels, while strategically placed bunkers and water features add exciting risk and reward challenges throughout the round.

Guided Fly Fishing
Get ready to cast a line and experience the beauty of Central Washington with a guided fly-fishing adventure just minutes from Suncadia Resort. Whether you’re brand new to fly fishing or looking to sharpen your skills, this is the perfect way to spend a day outdoors surrounded by stunning river scenery.

Weather

Suncadia is all about mountain air, outdoor fun, cozy evenings, and adventure—so pack with comfort, layers, and a little Sasquatch-level exploring in mind.
